Swane constructions is a small family-owned business founded in 2021. Our Director Tom, bings over 10 years of experience in new home construction, Renovations and extensions. We have a close-knit team of carpenters and tradespeople who share a common goal: a passion for delivering exceptional workmanship, with a well-organised system in place. We strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience. We work directly with clients, helping to guide them through their ideas and visions. At swane constructions, we take pride in crafting high quality, solid homes from the ground up. We utilise conventional concrete methods for our foundations, and our house frames are expertly constructed by our skilled carpenters. We exclusively use 90mm external timber frames that are termite-treated for added durability. Our Homes are over-engineered to surpass industry standards.
